Now that February has started, basketball season is in full swing here at Olympic College! After a rough start in their pre-season games, the men’s basketball team has started the regular season strong. They won their first regular season game on January 9th against Skagit Valley 99-90. At their second game, the men battled Bellevue and won 73-71. Shoreline proved a tough opponent for the Rangers, who fought hard, but lost 74-78. In their next two games against Peninsula, and Everett, they emerged victorious, winning 81-72 and 104-90, respectively. The men’s team currently hold second place in the NWAC North region standings.
